After you have completed setting up your survey, you are ready to start collecting some answers. To do this, you will first need to select who will be participating. This article will guide you through this process.
A quick guide to adding participants to a survey:
- Login to your Immerse Works account.
- Click on the Admin cog at the top of the page, or on the left menu.
- On the Admin page, click on Pulse Surveys under the Other heading.
- To add your participants, click the Actions button (three vertical dots) opposite the survey, then click Add Participants.
- Select the participants using one of the options provided: All Users, Individuals Users, Business Units. Then choose to Send Emails using the Yes/No toggle.
- Click the Add Participants + button when you're done.
Individual Users: You can select more than one user from the list Business Units: You can select more than one business unit, and more than one user within that business unit.
Viewing participants
To view all the participants added to the survey, click on the Actions button (three vertical dots) opposite the survey, then click View Participants. A modal window will pop-up showing the following:
- Participants' name: if you had setup the survey to have anonymous results, the participants' names will be replaced by a number.
- Status: showing whether or not the survey has been completed by the participant (Completed/Not Completed).
- Emails Sent: showing whether an email has been sent to the participant (Sent/Not Sent).
- Answers: you can click on View to see the participant's answers.
Sending an invitation email to participants
If you had not already sent an email to the participants when setting up the survey, click on the Actions button (three vertical dots) opposite the survey, then click Send Emails. This will send a survey invitation email to all the participants that have been added.
